Absolutely Fabulous Exercise ( 31 Oct 2019 )

Today the weather is nice, it's cooling and windy so I decided to do outdoor exercise. We started with 5 mins cardio HiiT and continued with core work out and ended with stretching.

Back to Basic - Core Strengthening Workout

On my study progress, I'm now learning about client assessment including functional and physiology assessment and these gave me idea for work out which I think it's important to have strengthened core. So here's the core workout for beginner 1. Plank ( 30 secs ) 2. Plank with leg raise (15 reps each leg) 3. Twisted plank (15 reps) 4. Side Plank (30 secs) 5. Side plank with hip flexion (15 reps each side) 6. Side plank with curl (15 reps each side) 7. Bird Dog (15 reps each side) 8. Torso Flexion 45 deg (30 secs) 9. Leg abduction and adduction (30 secs each side)

Outdoor jogging (Preparation for 10Km Run)

We will have 10km run on December 1st. I'm not a runner and running is not my forte. However my hubby challenges me to do 10km running with him. I accept the challenge and every week, we have been practicing from 5km run

Week 1 - 14 days Clean Eating Challenge

From all diet methods that I know, I love clean eating diet. It's basically eating well balanced diet, colorful, no preservative food, less salt and sugar. These are my clean eating diet this week. Day 1 : Brown rice, shredded egg, stirfry tofu and tempe, long beans, beef jerky Day 2 : Purple sweet potato, baked chicken teriyaki, steamed carrot and broccoli Day 3 : Prawn aglio olio Day 4 : Salmon teriyaki with steamed vegetable and stir fry tofu Day 5 : Salmon Sushi, edamame and miso soup

Our First Boot Camp ( 27 Oct 2019 )

This is our first Boot Camp ever that was held because of long weekend. I was nervous at first because it's held outdoor and nowadays the weather was unpredictable and unfriendly. Thanks God, He covered us from the heat with cloud and blowed the breeze. The weather was perfect. Everyone was having fun and it's family bonding time as well.

Absolutely Exercise (23 Oct 2019)

Yesterday we did circuit training focusing on leg, booty and arms. We almost occupied the whole gym. We were tired but felt rejuvenated and re-energized after the session. I'm really happy to see them feeling good about themselves.

My lasting simple make up

So this is my make up before I am going to clean it up at night. I have put on my make up the whole day and it still looks fresh by the end of the day.

The Shades of Pink-purple

Last time, I didn't dare to put so many things in my face. My make up style is very simple which is only face powder, eyebrow, eyeliner, cheek blush and lipstick. But after my skin condition has improved a lot using Artistry Skin care products, I have confidence to expand my make up a little bit wider. Here I use youth lifting foundation to make my skin glowing and illuminate more, then I add face powder a little bit. The continue with eyebrow, eyeliner, eyeshadow, cheek blush on and lipstick. As for eyeliner, I experiment it using new Bangkok Edition from Artistry which is amethyst or purple color. It looks nice and matching with my dress.

Polishing Mask Review

I always have problem with dehydrated skin especially in my face. I have drunk more than 2.5L water a day but it seems that the water didn't get into my skin. Until I found these masks from Artistry and it really helped nourishing my skin. I'm gonna doing the review for polishing mask which is made from Black currants and natural cane sugar crystals. It smells so good, no harsh and environmental friendly because the beads are from sugar and it's melted away with water.

6km Run (19 Oct 2019)

I and my hubby signed up for 10km running this coming December. It's my first time joining running competition.  As I'm not a runner myself, I need to prepare my stamina and endurance for this 10km running. Every Saturday, we practiced at the park near our home. 2 last Saturday, I was able to do 5km run and last Saturday, I increased it to 6.25km run. I always believe that practice makes perfect.

Special Edition Boot Camps

This is my first Boot Camps as requested by my exercise buddies. It will be held this coming Sunday. Hopefully the weather is being nice with us and we could enjoy the workout together.

The original plan was we did evening run at Jurong Lake Garden, however the weather turned unfriendly just before we reaching the park. So we changed to plan B, indoor exercise at the public gym. I was coaching and training my hubby's colleague and my hubby using steps and dumb bell. It's fun exercise despite raining outside.

My target after 6 packs abs is having fuller booty and this is just simple exercise that we could do at home.

I challenged myself to do better in Baby Shark Abs Challenge and this time round I could make it better. Only the booty that stays in the floor, the rest of the body is up

Tabata Exercise

I found this exercise from social media and looked fun and challenged myself. Now it becomes my warm-up before strength training.

We had a great fun Tuesday. We did tabata for 6 minutes with more breaks in between than we are supposed to and continue with circuit training using 5 different gym machines for 3 sets.
