Day 45 - Healthy Detox (2 April 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is down and body fats is up  Weight : 48.5 kg Body fat : 23.6 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 2.5 Today is my cardio day and I want to challenge myself riding 200km on April. The accomplishment for today is 10km ride. At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is steamed pempek. At 3.30pm, I had soy milk non sugar. As for dinner, I had protein shake, plain popcorn, a sourdough toast with peanut butter and blueberry and onion cheese omelette. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Marching 100km

Yeahhh I have achieved my personal goal to hit 100km in total.  I am not a runner person and running is the least exercise I want to do. However, I want to challenge myself, push to the limit and overcome it. It's not done overnight or within a day, I only do twice a week. There are times I have energy to run up to 12km, there are times I have no spare energy and run only 5km. The key is consistency. From this challenge, I learn to stay focus, committed, determination and perseverance.

Day 44 - Healthy Detox (1 April 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight downs and body fats remain the same Weight : 49 kg Body fat : 22.5 % Body Age : 32 Visceral fat : 2.5 Today is my gym day and I did abs workout. At 12.45pm, I ate my lunch which is sweet potato quiche and green salad. At 3.30pm, I had protein shake and a slice of sourdough bread with peanut butter and mango. As for dinner, I had sweet potato quiche with green salad. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 43 - Healthy Detox (31 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight remains the same and body fats downs Weight : 49.5 kg Body fat : 22.4 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my gym day and I did upper body workout. At 12.45pm, I ate my lunch which is pan fried fish with strawberry quinoa salad and croutons. At 3.30pm, I had oat and quinoa milk and banana. Around 6.30pm, I had my cardio which is 5km running to complete my 100km goal. As for dinner, I had pan fried fish with strawberry salad. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 42 - Healthy Detox (30 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight remains the same and body fats increases a little bit. Weight : 49.5 kg Body fat : 23.4 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my cardio day and I managed to log in 12km marching towards 100km as my personal goal this month. At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is Falafel greek salad with croutons. At 3.30pm, I had Thai mango sticky rice, popcorn, homemade mango ice cream and protein shake. Around 6.30pm, I had my dinner which is Falafel greek salad with croutons. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 41 - Healthy Detox (29 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight was up and body fats remained the same. Weight : 49.5 kg Body fat : 22.7 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my gym day and I do leg workout. It's a good workout until my leg is jelly afterwards. At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is Thai padthai shirataki noodle. At 3.30pm, I had a protein shake, mixed nuts and tempe chips. Around 6.30pm, I had my dinner which is Thai Padthai shirataki noodle and luke's organic kale chips. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 40 - Healthy Detox (28 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight was up and body fats was down. Weight : 49.2 kg Body fat : 22.7 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 2.5 Today is my rest day so I drank homemade oat milk for breakfast and post workout. I cycled around 7km this morning too and feel great. At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is Stir fry chye sim with hakau, siew mai and sweet potato fries. At 4.15pm, I had high protein bread with yoghurt spread and berries topping and mixed nuts and multigrain crackers. Around 6.30pm, I had my dinner which is Roasted Chicken rice with stir fry kailan. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 39 - Healthy Detox (27 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is 48.4kg and body fats remains at set point. Weight : 48.8 kg Body fat : 23.9 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 2.5 Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements. Today is my cardio day and I do 10km cycling today. At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is Indonesian chicken opor with stir fry tempe and chicken liver and sambal english gourd. At 3pm, I had protein shake before coaching and at 6pm, I am eating high protein bread with yoghurt spread and berries topping and mixed nuts and multigrain crackers. Around 8pm, I had my dinner which is Korean BBQ. I slept around midnight and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 38 - Healthy Detox (26 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is 48.8kg and body fats downs again to set point. Weight : 48.8 kg Body fat : 23.4 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements. Today was my gym day and I do abs workout. At 12.45pm, I ate my lunch which is Baked salmon with baked sweet potato salad. At 3pm, I had protein shake since I have Team outing and eat pomelo and high protein bread croutons when I reached home back. Around 6.30pm, I had my dinner which is baked salmon with baked sweet potato salad. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
