Purple Power Smoothies


Ingredients :
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 slices of red dragon fruits
  • 8 grapes
  • 10 blueberries
  • 125cc unsweetened soya milk
  • 1 tbsp plain greek yoghurt 
  • 1 tea spoon chia seed
  • 1 scoop of protein powder



Method :
  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Blend it until it turns out smoothly
