It's supposed to be my High carb day but ended up became another medium carb day :P
Exercise : 5.5 km jogging
Attitude : Low Stress
Rest : I sleep 7 hours 40 mins
Nutrition : I eat Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack and Dinner as below
