Breakfast : Protein shake, egg omelette and mini apple 232 Cal

Morning Snack : Guava 31 Cal

Afternoon snack : Edamame beans, yoghurt with nuts and seeds, avocado 597 Cal

Lunch/Dinner : Vietnamese roll 255/330 Cal
