- Yoga Mat

Exercises :
- 8 mins warm up with tabatha
- Squat with toe touch
- Split lunges
- Squat with heel tap
- Squat up and down
- Calf rises
- Bulgarian Split
- Leg abduction and adduction
- Single double glute bridge
- Fire hydrant
