Meal Plan Program - day 15 (13 July 2020)

I am entering 3rd week of meal plan.
This is the menu for today, as I don't do any exercise today, I only drink 1 scoop of protein shake


breakfast : strawberry, blueberry, dragonfruit smoothies

Lunch : Stir fried labu siam tempe, chicken satay, red brown rice

Afternoon snack : protein shake and one tangerine

Dinner : chicken satay salad
