Meal Plan Program - day 16 (14 July 2020)

This is the 16th week and I am starting to cheat :P
I replace my afternoon snack with tapioca chips.
As consolotaion, I did one hour HiiT exercise.
Nevertheless, this is the menu of today


Breakfast : A slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter and blueberry

Morning snack : Plant protein shake

Lunch : Shirataki noodle with beef ball and tofu

Afternoon snack (Cheating) : Tapioca chips

Dinner : Shirataki noodle with beef ball and tofu
