Meal Plan Program - Day 18 (16 July 2020)

Today I tried to do self control not to cheat, however it's fail haha.
I still cheat 10% of my meal, munching on fish keropok, a small slice of banana bread and 10 vegan cookies, hopefully it only amounts to 100 cals
This is the menu of today



Breakfast : Kiwi oats
Morning snack : Plant Protein shake

Lunch : Red brown rice, stir fried kailan, steamed and baked tofu

Afternoon snack : Protein shake and tangerine

Dinner : Chicken roll, kuotie and stir fried kailan
