Meal Plan Program - Day 21 (19 July 2020)

Today I plan to start healthy again with 10% cheating.
Here's the menu for today


Breakfast : Blueberry and banana yoghurt

Morning snack : Protein shake
Lunch : Nasi liwet

Afternoon snack : Chiffon cake and fruits

Dinner : Cold roast beef salad with braised tofu and tempe
