Meal Plan Program - Day 23 (21 July 2020)

Still the same, my healthy and cheat portion is 90-10

Menu of today

Breakfast : Green smoothies (pineapple, spinach, cucumber, kiwi and mint)

Morning snack : Plant Protein
Lunch : Red brown rice, steamed egg with minced chicken, stir fry baby kailan
Afternoon snack : Pomelo, cherries, vegan cookies

Dinner : Stir fried kailan and steamed egg with minced chicken
