Meal Plan Program - day 4 (2 July 2020)

4th Day for meal plan program.

Here's the menu of today.

 

Breakfast : Overnight oats with half kiwi


Morning snack : Protein shake

Lunch : Red brown rice, stir fried vegetables, tobasco chicken and sunny side up egg

afternoon snack : plain yoghurt

dinner : mixed green salad, tabasco chicken, stir fried tempe and sunny side up egg
