Day 14 - Healthy Detox (2 March 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight decreases 0.3kg and the fat increases by 0.3%.

Weight : 49.5kg

Body fat : 24.2 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide).

Today is my cardio day and I did 10km run. This 2 weeks I want to log in 42km in total.




At 12.45 pm, I ate my lunch which is stir fry beef with broccoli, snowpeas, mushroom and quinoa.


At 4pm, I had protein shake.

At 6.15pm, I had my dinner which is similar with my lunch, stir fry beef with broccoli and quinoa and on the evening around 8.15pm, I had my late snack which is pomelo, cherries and nuts.



At 10.30pm, I end my day with good night sleep.



It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
