Day 15 - Healthy Detox (03 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight decreases 0.3kg and the fat increases by 0.6%.

Weight : 49.2kg

Body fat : 24.8 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

I guess I eat the overall calorie less than calorie out and I didn't replenish my muscles protein and carbs enough thus they eat up a bit more of my muscles.

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide).

Today is my abs and arms day, so I went to gym for HiiT workout



At 12.45 pm, I ate my lunch which is baked salmon with steamed vegetables and baked sweet potato fries.


At 3pm, I had a slice of keto cheesecake celebrating one of my team mates. This picture is the wholecake and I forgot to take picture of one slice.


At 4.45pm, I had my snack which is pomelo, cherries and nuts as well as protein shake.



At 6.30pm, I had my dinner which is similar with my lunch, baked salmon, steamed vegetables and baked sweet potato fries.


At 10.30pm, I end my day with good night sleep.

It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
