Day 20 - Healthy Detox (8 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight increases 0.5kg and the fat also increases 0.5% due to high carbs and fat. Well Sunday is a cheat day.

Weight : 49.3kg

Body fat : 24.6 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide)

Today is my HiiT day so I did leg and glute exercise.


At 12.50 pm, I ate my lunch which is chicken soto.


At 4pm, I had my protein shake, a slice of olive bread with mixed berries.


At 7pm, I run with my friend and hubby for 5km.




At 8pm, I had dinner which is Subway roasted chicken.


At 10.30pm, I end my day with good night sleep.

It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
