Day 21 - Healthy Detox (9 March 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight remains the same and the fat decreases 0.4%.

Weight : 49.4kg

Body fat : 24.2 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide)

Today is my cardio day and I managed to clock in 11km today.



At 12.50 pm, I ate my lunch which is Thai lemongrass chicken salad. It's my first attempt and I found it too salty because of the fish sauce and can't really taste the lemongrass. 


At 3.30pm, I had my protein shake, yoghurt with mixed berries


Before my dinner, I eat one small brioche bun and around 6.15pm, I had dinner which is Vietnamese roll with lemongrass chicken and fell into temptation which is munching calamari rings (not in the picture).



I am not sure what my weight and fat tomorrow look like, but if it's increased, I already mentally prepared.

At 10.30pm, I end my day with good night sleep.

It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
