Day 27 - Healthy Detox (15 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight increases and body fat downs.

Weight : 49.5kg

Body fat : 24 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide).

Today was my resistance day and I did leg workout.


At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is Fish ball noodle with shirataki noodle.


At 4.30pm, I had snack which is protein shake and mango sago pomelo dessert.


In the afternoon, I had 8km cycling with my family at Coney Island.



Around 7.30pm, I had my dinner which is chicken mushroom noodle.


I slept around 1130pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
