Day 31 - Healthy Detox (19 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight and body fats stay the same.

Weight : 49kg

Body fat : 24 %

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide).

Today was my gym day and I did abs and core workout. But the performance is not good.
One of my best friends passed away and I feel grieved and half of my energy is gone, that's why I can't even complete the course.

At 11.45pm, I ate my lunch which is onion soup and salad. At home I ate grass jelly dessert.




At 4pm, I had snack which is protein shake, 2 slices of olive bread with peanut butter and berries.

Around 8.15pm, I had my dinner which is mixed rice without rice.



I slept around 11.30pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
