Day 32 - Healthy Detox (20 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight increases 0.4kg and body fats drop again.

Weight : 49.4kg

Body fat : 22.7%

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide).

Today was my gym day and I did upper and lower body workout. It's much more better than yesterday's workout. I feel good today.



At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is Indonesian yellow rice, egg and falafel, stir fry tempeh and french beans with shredded chicken.


At 3.30pm, I had snack which is protein shake and banana.


Around 6.15pm, I had my dinner which is similar with my lunch without rice and grass jelly dessert.




I had supper with my hubby around 9pm and it's sambal stingray and stir fry bok choy.


I slept around 1am and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
