Day 10 - Transitional Period (12 April 2021)



When I weighed myself this morning, my weight and body fat are stabilize.

Weight : 48.8 kg

Body fat : 24.3 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

Today is my leg day.

To detox and back on track again, this week I will do intermittent fasting diet for a week.

For lunch, I eat tropical salad, half quiche and tempeh and popcorn.



Around 3.30pm, I had protein shake. I had dinner around 7pm and eating similar like lunch.

I slept around 10.00pm and had fruitful day.
