Day 3 - Transitional Period (5 April 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight remains and body fats is up.

Weight : 48.3 kg

Body fat : 24.4%

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

Today is my gym day and I do glute workout.




Monday I am doing intermittent fasting diet, so I skip breakfast and only drink my supplements and lemon infused water.

At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is chicken soto.

At 4pm, I had protein shake, mixed berries and walnuts.


As for dinner, I have chicken soto without the noodle and a little bit beer, sweet potato fries.


I slept around midnight and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
