Day 5 - Transitional Period ( 7 April 2021)



When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is slightly up and body fats is up too.

Weight : 48.7 kg

Body fat : 24.2 %

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

Today is my cardio day and I am able to log in 17km cycling ride.


I am doing intermittent fasting diet today so I drink lemon infused water and my supplements.
At lunch, I have mango tropical salad with left over quiche from yesterday.


At 3pm, I have protein shake and banana as snack and one slice of matcha cake.


As for dinner, I have oat crust quiche.




I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
