Day 6 - Transitional Period (8 April 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is stabiize and body fats is slightly down.

Weight : 48.6 kg

Body fat : 23.9 %

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

Today is my abs day.

I have a breakfast today which is protein shake and mixed fruits (berries and banana).

At lunch, I have nasi uduk, ayam bakar and tahu bacem and sayur asem.



At 3pm, I have protein shake and mango pomelo sago.


As for dinner, I have ayam bakar, tahu bacem and sayur asem.


I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
