Cheat Day (3 May 2021)

I take a break before proceeding with another keto and intermittent fasting diet again.

I run in the morning for about 8km as I need to go to the office in the morning. 

Then, I have dimsum fiesta, which I enjoy so much not counting the calories.

And in the afternoon, I have some left over dimsum for snaks.

As for dinner, I am craving for Korean food, thus I eat bulgogi, fried chicken and korean side dishes.



I sleep around midnight and not sleep well.
