This morning I don't eat breakfast and drink only lemon infused water and my supplement.

Today I is my rest day and I do coaching the new trainee. For lunch, I have 3 course set menu which is soft shell crab, bara chirasi don and coffee mouse dessert.




As for snack, I have oyster and mentaiko fries.


For dinner, I have smoked salmon rosti and mocktail.
