Day 6 - Intermittent Fasting Diet Cycle 3 (9 May 2021)

This Sunday is my rest day and coaching day.

Weight : 50kg

Body Fat : 23.3%

Body Age : 34

Visceral Fat : 3

This morning I don't eat breakfast and drink only lemon infused water and my supplement.

For lunch, I have nasi kuning with its side dishes and two slices of lapis surabaya.


As snack, I have mango smoothies with some fruits and nuts.


For dinner, I have side dishes of nasi kuning only.
