Be an Inspiration and Role Model

Currently I have 10 ladies in my "Absolutely Fabulous" Group. I love to inspire, motivate and educate them. When they take a courage and commitment to change their lifestyle, I can't help not to support them. People may think, maybe there's interior motives or may think that it's just in surface only. Well, for me it's a passion. I never ask anything in return neither ask them to pay for my service and my time. I love when people feel happier and positive because the energy is transferred back to me and it's priceless. If my motive is for my own benefit, I would have charge my service and my time as normal market rate. But for me, if I do it for money, my motivation is not as pure as it's supposed to be anymore and it contradicts with what my heart is. I have been blessed with lots of things, health is number one. My healthy family and positive energy that we have as family. I can't contain it for myself, it's just flowing natura...

Lesson Learned from Abs Roller Exercise

Today I achieve my own milestone to do something that I always procrastinated before. I have been observing people use this abs roller and mostly guys in my gym. It looked very hard and I was procrastinate that it's not for me. Until one day, one of my gym-mates introduced and let me try. Indeed, it's really hard. I failed so many times, either wrong postures or wrong muscles used. However, he always motivate me to keep training and practicing. Finally, I manage to get it right and love this exercise. It reflects on my life what we should do. We may procrastinate it's not for me, it's so hard. And somehow we need someone to push us a little bit to try it. Yes, it's really hard in the beginning but if we never give up, keep on training and practicing, we will get it right somehow.

30 minutes exercise at Home

10 minutes 3 sets of 10 levels stair climbing 8 minutes 3 sets of sit up and hip raise 8 minutes 3 sets of donkey kick 4 minutes stretching

45 minutes Full Body Workout

Wooden Chop (10 reps on each side) Push Up (10 reps) Ice Skater (30 seconds) High Hip raise (15 reps) Bicep curl (15 reps) Tricep curls (15 reps) Double pulse squat (15 reps) Sit up (15 reps) Butterfly rise (15 reps) Front lateral rise (15 reps) 12 counts High knee and 4 lunges Do it for 3 sets.
