Multigrain Toast with Avocado Spread and fruits
This quick and filling breakfast is suitable if you have a hectic day, it's easy to make, less than 30 minutes and less than 500 calories
Ingredients :
- 2 slices of multigrain bread
- 2 strawberries
- A handful of blueberries
Avocado Spread :
- Half avocado
- Half lime
- Few drops of olive oil
Instructions :
1. Mash the avocado and mix with lime juice and olive oil
2. Toast the bread for about 8 minutes
3. Spread the avocado mashed and served it with fresh strawberries and blueberries
