Egg Omelette


This is another favourite brunch meal that's nutritious and packed with protein and good fats.
Preparation : Less than 30 minutes
Calories : Less than 500 cals

Ingredients :
- 2 Eggs
- Half avocado
- Half medium tofu, diced
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- A handfull of brown button mushroom, sliced
- Olive oil
- Dried parsley

Instructions :
- Beat the eggs and make omelette in a pan and set aside
- Stir fried tofu, cherry tomato and mushroom with olive oil
- Serve it with half avocado and garnished with dried parsley
