Processed "Low Fat" or Diet products are considered good for weight loss program, however they may actually have opposite effect.
They are loaded with lots of salt and sugar to improve the taste.
We thought by skipping the meals like breakfast or dinner, we are cutting down the calories intake and the body will use the fat reserve for energy.
On the contrary, when we skip the meals, our body has no fuel to burn any fats.
In fact, it will slow down our metabolism and instead of shedding the fats, we will gain weight faster

Lifting weight is one of the most effective exercise strategies for gaining muscles and increasing metabolic rate.
When we do too much cardio, we may burn the fat but also lose the muscles. Thus, our weight will rebound back when we eat a little bit too much and skip exercise.

We tend to overestimate the number of calories burn during exercise, then we can eat whatever we want after we exercise.
