Tropical Summer Smoothies


Ingredients :
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 125cc unsweetened soya milk
  • 1 tbsp plain greek yoghurt 
  • 1 scoop of protein powder


Method :
  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Blend it until it turns out smoothly
