Today is my Upper Body Workout Day.
Exercise :
Warm Up 10 Mins Tabata
- Frog plank
- Plank Jack and Push Up
- Punch Jack to side punch
- Speed squat Press
Body Weight Exercise :
- Plank through
- Bicep curl - arnold press
- Shoulder press
- Stir Wheel
- Upright row and del fly
