Meal Plan Program - Day 26 (24 July 2020)

Today, I eat a lot of protein packed food and will expect the increase in weight and body fat tomorrow.
For the longest time, I ate Korean BBQ buffet. I ate meat and kimchi only but it's very filling until dinner.
However, for the sake not to starve my body in the middle of the night, I ate salad with cold roast beef.
