Meal Plan Program - Day 27 ( 25 July 2020)

Weekend is usually my cheat days.
So here's the menu of today
Breakfast : A wholemeal toast with peanut butter, and mixed berries


Morning snack : Protein shake


Lunch : Bak Kut Teh

Afternoon snack : Homemade oat cookies

Dinner : Pork noodle
