Day 35 - Healthy Detox (23 March 2021)



When I weighed myself this morning, my weight downs and body fats increases a little bit.

Weight : 48.8kg

Body fat : 24.2%

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements.

Today was my cardio day and I managed to lock in 10km so far I have been running total 75km, 25km to go.


At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is assorted smorrebrod which is Open Sandwich Denmark style. The bread I used olive sourdough bread and the toppings are Salmon spread, Tuna yoghurt spread, scrambled egg and greek salad. It's just perfect in everything.


At 3.45pm, I had snack which is mix yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries, mix nuts and popcorn



Around 6.15pm, I had my dinner which is smorrebroad with three toppings : salmon spread, yoghurt tuna spread and greek salad.


I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
