Day 39 - Healthy Detox (27 March 2021)

Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements.
Today is my cardio day and I do 10km cycling today.
At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is Indonesian chicken opor with stir fry tempe and chicken liver and sambal english gourd.
At 3pm, I had protein shake before coaching and at 6pm, I am eating high protein bread with yoghurt spread and berries topping and mixed nuts and multigrain crackers.
Around 8pm, I had my dinner which is Korean BBQ.
I slept around midnight and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
