Day 40 - Healthy Detox (28 March 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight was up and body fats was down.

Weight : 49.2 kg

Body fat : 22.7 %

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 2.5

Today is my rest day so I drank homemade oat milk for breakfast and post workout. I cycled around 7km this morning too and feel great.




At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is Stir fry chye sim with hakau, siew mai and sweet potato fries.

At 4.15pm, I had high protein bread with yoghurt spread and berries topping and mixed nuts and multigrain crackers.

Around 6.30pm, I had my dinner which is Roasted Chicken rice with stir fry kailan.

I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
