Day 43 - Healthy Detox (31 March 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight remains the same and body fats downs

Weight : 49.5 kg

Body fat : 22.4 %

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

Today is my gym day and I did upper body workout.



At 12.45pm, I ate my lunch which is pan fried fish with strawberry quinoa salad and croutons.

At 3.30pm, I had oat and quinoa milk and banana.

Around 6.30pm, I had my cardio which is 5km running to complete my 100km goal.



As for dinner, I had pan fried fish with strawberry salad.

I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
