When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is down and body fats is up

Body fat : 23.6 %
Body Age : 33
Visceral fat : 2.5
Today is my cardio day and I want to challenge myself riding 200km on April. The accomplishment for today is 10km ride.
At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is steamed pempek.
At 3.30pm, I had soy milk non sugar.
As for dinner, I had protein shake, plain popcorn, a sourdough toast with peanut butter and blueberry and onion cheese omelette.
I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
