My lunch is 7 sticks of chicken satay with steamed broccoli and carrot with peanut sauce, 265 cals


For snack, I make this yoghurt parfait with 270 cals
  • Chia seeds 
  • yoghurt
  • green kiwi, mango and dragon fruits
  • Granola cereals

For dinner, I have 3 sticks of chicken satay, homemade coleslaw with peanut sauce and a small cut of beef steak, a small bowl beef soto, 3 pieces of pempek and 1 donut with 650 calories.




Total calories in is around 1185 cals.
