To have a meaningful life, we always set goals. It can be short and long term goals. Similar to that, when we decide to adopt healthy lifestyle, we need to set fitness goals. It can be short term for example losing weight and eventually for long term benefit (increase metabolism). Setting a fitness goal is very important so we are always on the right track and keep us motivated. Make sure our goal is achievable and realistic one. WARNING !! Nowadays social media has become part of our daily life, it can be a useful instrument to inspire and motivate us but it can be a dangerous weapon to confuse our goal. With many influencers in social media, sometimes our goal can change and it becomes an obsession for example for those who are already in healthy range still feel that their body is not skinny enough and want to be like one of the influencers that they admire. Life is short and fragile, we don't know whether we are still here tomorrow. Here are my philosophy  to have peace in mind and live without any regrets. 1. Give Thanks Be grateful and contented to what we have right now. Practice give thanks everyday attract positive vibes in our life 2. Be happy and smile Life is not a smooth sailing, there always ups and downs. But in every situation remember to be happy and smile because every problem or victory will pass as time goes by. Smile or laughter is the best medicine. Instead of frowning, starts our day with big smile to ourselves and say that we love ourselves. Let me start with my healthy lifestyle philosophy 1. Love ourselves We need to be able to accept who we are and love ourselves unconditionally whoever we are. Some are born with fair skin, long nose, curly hair. Some are born with dark skin, straight hair. Some are born with big eyes, long legs. Some are born with small eyes and short. In whatever shape we are, remember that God has created each of us beautifully and perfect in His eyes. 2. Health is our wealth Remember that no mater how much money we make, it will be gone in a day if we are not in good health.  3. Healthy Lifestyle is a long journey There's no short cut method if we want to achieve long term and sustainable result. 4. Be an inspiration When we are inspired and success in achieving our goal, it will be great if we could share our story to encourage and inspire others to live healthy in the right way

15 Years Transformation Journey

I had a happy childhood and had an opportunity to indulge many good stuffs during my younger days. My parents are typical chinese family who always have this belief that once you have given the food, you need to finish it all. I grew up with this belief and rice is the "must" eat in our meals. Noodle, potato, corn are just like other side dishes that we can eat together with rice. After I graduated from high school, I continued my study overseas and lived alone without any relatives. Being alone in a competitive environment gave me subconsciously stress eventhough I look like happy person. And with those belief that has been implanted I always ate and finished a large portion of meal during my university days. The heaviest day in my life was when my weight was 65 kg on my second year in university. My period suddenly became irregular, I felt insecure and not energetic at all. From that moment, I decided to change my lifestyle. I didn't believe in crash diet...

I am a mother of three without any helper but I am very self discipline, there's no excuse for me not to exercise, eating nutritious meals and having regular sleep without sacrificing my family.
