In 30 days time, I am going for cruise and have bought amazing bikini and would love to wear it with confidence, thus I am going to eat well and take my daily diet for accountability. I am using mealplan for 30 days.
I am happy with my process and journey. It's maintainance journey instead of weight loss journey. 80-20 portion of clean eating and cheat food. I still can enjoy my craving once a while and still maintain my weight and body fat in healthy range.
