Day 37 - Healthy Detox (25 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight is down and body fats increases 1.5%. Weight : 48.4kg Body fat : 25.2% Body Age : 34 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements. Today was my cardio day and I run 10km. At 12.45pm, I ate my lunch which is Tuna egg wrap with tropical salad. At 4.15pm, I had snack which is non sugar with banana and croutons and popcorn. Around 6.00pm, I had my dinner which is Tuna and salmon open sandwich. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 36 - Healthy Detox (24 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight r and body fats increases a little bit. Weight : 49.1kg Body fat : 23.7% Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements. Today was my gym day and I did upper body workout. At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is Indonesian style gado - gado. At 3.45pm, I had snack which is smorrebroad with strawberry and yoghurt. Around 7.30pm, I had my dinner which is Indonesian style gado - gado. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 35 - Healthy Detox (23 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight downs and body fats increases a little bit. Weight : 48.8kg Body fat : 24.2% Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements. Today was my cardio day and I managed to lock in 10km so far I have been running total 75km, 25km to go. At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is assorted smorrebrod which is Open Sandwich Denmark style. The bread I used olive sourdough bread and the toppings are Salmon spread, Tuna yoghurt spread, scrambled egg and greek salad. It's just perfect in everything. At 3.45pm, I had snack which is mix yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries, mix nuts and popcorn Around 6.15pm, I had my dinner which is smorrebroad with three toppings : salmon spread, yoghurt tuna spread and greek salad. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 34 - Healthy Detox (22 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight downs and body fats back to the set point. Weight : 49kg Body fat : 23.8% Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today is my intermittent fasting again and I just drank lemon infused water and ate my supplements. Today was my leg day and I feel good afterwards. At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is sweet and sour chicken with stir fry broccoli and carrot and sunny side egg with brown rice. At 4.30pm, I had snack which is protein shake, banana and mixed snacks from Box Green. Around 7pm, I had my dinner which is nasi uduk and its companion. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well even though it's a roller coaster day with different feeling mode, sombre, happy, and solemn.

Day 33 - Healthy Detox (21 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight downs and body fats back to the set point. Weight : 48.8kg Body fat : 24% Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 Today I ate breakfast to give myself a break on weekend. I ate toasted olive sourdough bread with peanut butter and berries and non sugar soy milk. Today was my rest and coaching day. At 12.30pm, I ate my lunch which is greek salad with falafel and egg. At 4.30pm, I had snack which is protein shake and munching some snacks from Box Green. Around 7.15pm, I had my dinner which is stir fry chye sim, siew mai and ha kau dimsums. I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 32 - Healthy Detox (20 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight increases 0.4kg and body fats drop again. Weight : 49.4kg Body fat : 22.7% Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide). Today was my gym day and I did upper and lower body workout. It's much more better than yesterday's workout. I feel good today. At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is Indonesian yellow rice, egg and falafel, stir fry tempeh and french beans with shredded chicken. At 3.30pm, I had snack which is protein shake and banana. Around 6.15pm, I had my dinner which is similar with my lunch without rice and grass jelly dessert. I had supper with my hubby around 9pm and it's sambal stingray and stir fry bok choy. I slept around 1am and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.

Day 31 - Healthy Detox (19 March 2021)

When I weighed myself this morning, my weight and body fats stay the same. Weight : 49kg Body fat : 24 % Body Age : 33 Visceral fat : 3 After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide). Today was my gym day and I did abs and core workout. But the performance is not good. One of my best friends passed away and I feel grieved and half of my energy is gone, that's why I can't even complete the course. At 11.45pm, I ate my lunch which is onion soup and salad. At home I ate grass jelly dessert. At 4pm, I had snack which is protein shake, 2 slices of olive bread with peanut butter and berries. Around 8.15pm, I had my dinner which is mixed rice without rice. I slept around 11.30pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
