30 days Fit and Fab

Last Sunday, we had boot camp exercise by GXG Extreme. It's HIIT exercise and quite fun. Kids were having lots of fun too

This is our first Boot Camp ever that was held because of long weekend. I was nervous at first because it's held outdoor and nowadays the weather was unpredictable and unfriendly. Thanks God, He covered us from the heat with cloud and blowed the breeze. The weather was perfect. Everyone was having fun and it's family bonding time as well.

We had community exercise last Sunday at Sport Hub. It was fun because we could do couple exercise as well.
