A crash diet is a method to lose weight really fast in a short period of time by reducing the daily calorie intake as low as 700 calories a day. It can shed some weight within days or few weeks. IS CRASH DIET EFFECTIVE ? If it is for a certain target date, for eg there is upcoming event or wedding party, it is the most effective method.  However by depriving our body of so much calories and valuable nutrients puts a lot of stress in our body which may bring disadvantage and less effective method of losing weight. 15 Years Transformation Journey

I had a happy childhood and had an opportunity to indulge many good stuffs during my younger days. My parents are typical chinese family who always have this belief that once you have given the food, you need to finish it all. I grew up with this belief and rice is the "must" eat in our meals. Noodle, potato, corn are just like other side dishes that we can eat together with rice. After I graduated from high school, I continued my study overseas and lived alone without any relatives. Being alone in a competitive environment gave me subconsciously stress eventhough I look like happy person. And with those belief that has been implanted I always ate and finished a large portion of meal during my university days. The heaviest day in my life was when my weight was 65 kg on my second year in university. My period suddenly became irregular, I felt insecure and not energetic at all.
