5 Positive Attitudes


Life is short and fragile, we don't know whether we are still here tomorrow. Here are my philosophy  to have peace in mind and live without any regrets.

1. Give Thanks
Be grateful and contented to what we have right now. Practice give thanks everyday attract positive vibes in our life


2. Be happy and smile
Life is not a smooth sailing, there always ups and downs. But in every situation remember to be happy and smile because every problem or victory will pass as time goes by.
Smile or laughter is the best medicine. Instead of frowning, starts our day with big smile to ourselves and say that we love ourselves. Once we are feeling good about ourselves, share this smile to everyone we meet today.


3. Do your best !
It's our human nature to say we try our best. But "TRY" means it may never happen. Instead of saying "TRY" change it to "DO"
Imagine if today is our last day in life, what we are gonna do.
Do our best in everything that we do, either study, work, family, or relationship.



4. Forgive
It's easier said than done but this is the only way to free our life from everlasting pain. When we forgive others, we release all pains and left unhappiness behind. Take courage to forgive ourselves and others.


5. Spend time with loved ones
When the world stands against us, only our family will stand behind us.
All the material things in the world won't last but memories with our family last eternally. Spend time with our loved ones, live the moments and create precious memories with them
