Meal Plan Program - Day 17 (15 July 2020)

Today's cheating is half muffin and small slices of banana bread and 30g of fish ball keropok.
Hopefully my weight and fat don't go up fast haha
Anyway, the menu of today



Breakfast : Rolled oats with strawberry, blueberry and dragon fruit

Morning snack : Protein shake

Lunch : Carrot cabbage scramble egg, baked egg tofu muffin, steamed tofu mushroom

Afternoon snack : Banana and half muffin
Dinner : scramble egg carrot cabbage, egg tofu muffin and steamed tofu mushroom
