Meal Plan Program - Day 20 (18 July 2020)

Today is a cheating day and carbo loading too.
I deviate my plan and eat lots of carbo and fats
This is the menu for today.


Breakfast : Strawberry, blueberry and nuts yoghurt

Morning snack : A slice of orange chiffon cake

Lunch : Chicken mushroom wanton noodle

Afternoon snack : Chicken lemper

Dinner : Sushi and friends
