Meal Plan Program - Day 22 (20 July 2020)

This week I will maintain the ratio of healthy - Cheat : 90-10
My cheat food : 2 almond cookies (47 cal each), 3 bites of dark chocolate 85%, 5 fish crackers.

This is the menu of today


breakfast : Dragon fruit smoothies

Morning snack : Protein shake
lunch : Grilled chicken and heart and raw vegetable and red brown rice

Afternoon snack : green apple

Dinner : Grilled chicken and heart and raw vegetables
