Today my cheating food is Vegan cookies and 2 square dark choco
Menu of today

Breakfast : Green smoothies

Morning snack : Protein shake

Lunch : Red brown rice, stir fried tofu and beansprout, egg omelette with ham, tuna floss

Afternoon snack : pomelo and tangerine
